Dr. SHAIK, is a highly qualified having Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi & Post-Doctoral Fellowship from USA. He has a very vast experience in Education especially in Professional Courses, software development and training students for higher education.

Born on May 5th of 1967, in Karnataka, India to Mr. Shaik Mohamed Ismail and Mrs. Fathima Begum. An Indian businessman who is the founder Director of HMS Group of Institutions and a multinational Delixius software company. After completing schooling went to study Bachelors in Civil Engineering, University of Mysore, India – 1998 with Distinction, Masters in Civil Engineering (Construction Technology), Bangalore University, India, 1991 with Distinction., Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), New Delhi – 1996 and PostDoctoral Fellowship from University of New Mexico, USA – 1997. Over the years he expanded recognition not just as a successful businessman, but also grossed much respect for the high ethical standards maintained in his company and for his commitment to give back to the society.

• An Indian Entrepreneur and businessman and founded HMS Group of Educational Institutions and built the software business through technological innovation, keen business strategy and aggressive business.
• In 1997 became a Director of HMS Group of Educational Institutions which became the leader in innovation in Technical, Managerial and leadership training, quality, employee satisfaction, and physical and technological infrastructure.
• In 2001 became a Founder Director of Delixius Software Corporate Company at Bengaluru which provides world’s highest Cyber security software models and delivers the highest value to business by driving revenue grown. Focus is on helping sales team achieve maximum effectiveness with a high win rate. Another key advantage of Delixius’ services is the continued investment in sales excellence, Technology and data. In 2012, Co-Founded Rank Student International Educational Company with office in Silicon Valley, California and Bengaluru. It is a premier international company engaged in the development, production, marketing and sales of educational training, coaching and testing students. The company has offices in Palo Alto, California, Concord, California and Bangalore. The emphasis is on excellence in performance and producing rank students who will become leaders of tomorrow
• In 2018 and 2019, Started International Training and Educational Consultant Company in India and Abroad
• 2019 onwards developed strategies to increase business and economic activity. Created new opportunities for businesses to participate in marketing programs. • From 2020 onwards started trading business in India and Abroad.

The second shareholder, AFTAB AHMED is the founder Vice-Chairman of several Educational Institutions in India having vast experience in the field of Education. Apart from Education field, he is also into trading business of food items, Spices, Garments etc. Both the shareholders have vast experience in Trading, Education and Computer Programming and Consultancy.

Accomplished and goal-driven Educationist with more than 21 years' experience in the field of Education. Expertise includes managing daily activities to achieve maximum results with effective planning, organization and communication skills as well as a solutions-oriented approach to problem solving. Have vast experience in export and import of food items, spices, Garments etc

Expertise includes students counselling, admission process, supervision of student’s activities, evaluating student’s academic performance and managing daily activities to achieve maximum results with effective planning, organization and communication skills as well as a solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
